The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment(s)?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 81(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSB 81(CRA)? Effective Date(s) YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Begich, Bishop, Costello, Gray-Jackson, Holland, Hughes, Kawasaki, Kiehl, Micciche, Myers, Olson, Reinbold, Revak, Shower, Stedman, Stevens, Wielechowski, Wilson Excused: von Imhof Absent: Hoffman and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment(s), thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 81(FIN) "An Act requiring background investigations of village public safety officer applicants by the Department of Public Safety; relating to the village public safety officer program; and providing for an effective date." Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
